Custom orders will take approximately 2 weeks to make from date of ordering. We aim to dispatch approximately 2 weeks after placing the order however sometimes there are delays so we will keep you updated.

All our vintage charms are cleaned with a three step process, this includes using an ultrasonic machine to ensure they are as close to new as we can get them.

Because the charms are vintage, they often show signs of wear and tear throughout the years, however we think this just adds to their personality and back story.

We do not accept refunds on custom orders as they are unique and handmade to specific specifications. However we will accept refunds on any other items if they are shipped with signed for and tracked postage, this helps to ensure the safe arrival.

We only use this delivery option to ensure your purchases arrive safely. It also means you can keep an eye on where it is!
