Majority of our items are handmade and custom to your size, unless they state otherwise. Handcrafted items can take up to three weeks to make. If we are expecting an item to take longer than three weeks we will inform you as quickly as possible.

We work with high quality materials which means most of our jewellery is considered fine jewellery.

We will only cast in:

• 9K gold
• 14K gold
• 18K gold
• Sterling silver

All gemstones are individually selected and will be named under the product listing

Yes - we love all of our international supporters and ship to majority of locations. All shipping fees will be added at check out but please remember any custom duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

It can be really difficult to make changes once an order has been processed. Please contact us to ask as we will do our best to facilitate. We always recommend double checking orders before placing to try and limit changes.

We cannot accept returns or refunds on items which are custom made to your size. All other items have a window of thirty days to make returns. If making a return please notify us as soon as possible. We require the item to have arrived before we will issue the refund and the quality must be as it was sent out. We cannot guarantee a refund if the item is damaged. Please note any custom or delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Yes! absolutely, we love custom jewellery! Just follow the contact form and include information about your idea and budget and we can work on making something special for you.

We only offer Royal Mail Special Delivery as this ensures safe arrival of your new jewellery. It should arrive the next working day.

For international deliveries we send items Royal Mail Internationally Tracked. This should take 7-10 days to arrive. Customs processing can delay this process however this is unfortunately out of our control.

Please note you are responsible for any custom fees or taxes.
