Shipping policy

All items will only be sent tracked and signed for as our items are of specific values and we want to ensure all items arrive correctly. This also ensures they are covered to a certain value if they go missing or if issues occur during delivery.

Custom handmade to order items we aim to dispatch within 2 weeks of payment however in some cases delays may occur and we will update you as soon as possible if this is the case. 

All other items will be sent for shipping within three to four days or placing the order. Tracking information will always be provided.
